The Sundial Building is a new construction apartment building at 37th Street and Nicollet Avenue in South Minneapolis.

The building is registered under the Living Building Challenge’s Zero Energy Certification and is one of only 5 such projects in Minnesota - the only multi-family project - and one of only 12 multi-family buildings in the country.
