Our homebase! This is our farm, and we’ve lived, worked, and built in the Kingfield Neighborhood for over a decade.

We worked together with Heirloom Properties to complete the Sundial Building, and are currently collaborating on a Passive House Duplex!

Sustainability in Minnesota

Constantly learning from current and past projects, we have a holistic understanding of what it takes to build sustainability. From construction and material choice to implementation and maintenance, our goal is create healthy, habitable, and resilient buildings.

Minnesota’s climate zones range between 6A and 7 zones. As one of the coldest states in the USA, it demands higher design standards from the built environment. Our expertise allows us to apply a diverse range of solutions to optimize both energy efficiency and thermal comfort.
